Animating Emotes

  • 20 USD each for artwork that is cut for animation

  • 35 USD each if I will cut it myself

  • 2 second loop

  • Delivered in 112px GIFs

  • Animation only (kindly provide the artwork, preferably .PNG/.PSD/.AI!)

screens and overlays

  • 35 USD each for a SKEB* style commission

  • 55 USD each for standard commission

  • +15 USD to animate a screen

  • Static versions will be delivered as .PNG files

  • Animated ones will be delivered in .WEBM format

schedule template

  • 40 USD for a SKEB* style commission

  • 60 USD for a standard commission

  • Delivered as editable .PSD

  • Recommended fonts will also be named/linked

SKEB commissions are much more strict but I'm offering a SKEB style service that means there will be no revisions once the files are delivered.

terms of service

Please be sure to read through the following terms of service. Each statement may be discussed and adjusted for your specific project if needed. Otherwise, placing an order means you have read and agree to the following:

general

  • The designer has the right to refuse any project/commission request. The designer will not accept projects with sexual or suggestive themes, as well as any NFT-related work.

  • All projects are handled as digital goods, meaning no physical items will be shipped.

  • The client agrees they have received permission from the respective artists for the designer to use the provided assets for the commission.

revisions

  • The client will not be charged for revisions caused by errors of the designer.

  • For SKEB style commissions, there will be no revisions once the files are delivered.

  • For standard commissions, clients are allowed up to 2 minor revisions after the finished piece is shown (ex. small color corrections, text edits, etc.). Any additional change will be 10% of the product's fee.

  • Any changes that require heavy editing will be discussed.

payment

  • Payments are in USD or PHP only.

  • Payments can be done via Ko-fi, GCash, Paypal, or Wise (formerly TransferWise).

  • Full payments are expected upfront. Clients may also request to pay 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before the delivery of any final files.

  • Rush Orders: The commission will be bumped to the front of the queue. The fee will be an additional 50% of the commission price.

  • Prices are subject to change anytime due to increase demand and higher quality works.

  • No refunds are allowed, unless the designer has not begun working on the project or is unable to complete the work.

copyright and usage

  • The designer has the right to publish the works publicly for portfolio and promotional purposes. Any debut and product release dates will be respected as long as they are brought up beforehand.

  • Copyright of all commission works belong to the designer. The client may not claim it as their own work and is allowed to use the designs for their intended purpose only.

  • Commission work is okay for use on streams and channels that are monetized.

  • The client must credit the designer by username (@marillust) in the relevant places when the designs are shared or displayed publicly.

  • The client does not have the right to sell, repurpose, redistribute, or modify any of the design work unless commercial rights were agreed on.

  • If the client purchases any editable project files (.PSD, .AI, etc.), they will be able to modify the designs for themselves but still cannot repurpose or redistribute them unless communicated and agreed on with the designer prior to any payment. These extended rights can be refused or will be quoted and charged accordingly.
